This Business Idea Audit includes a high-level stress test on your concept, looking specifically at your ICP, pricing structure, and the competitive landscape to ensure the foundation is solid. I’ll provide a direct assessment of your strengths and weaknesses, offering immediate suggestions to tighten the product and align it with your long-term vision. After our initial 60-minute session, I’ll provide you with a concise report containing a summary of our findings, a clear roadmap, and actionable next steps you can implement right away. Before our session, I’ll do some market research on you and your industry. I’ll come to our meeting ready to speak competently to the industry you’re pursuing. 

During our session, you get 60 minutes of solid assessment and animated brainstorming, taking what you have and stress testing it to see if it holds up in the real world.

Following our meeting, you’ll get a thoughtful report with a concise summary of our discussion, actionable steps you can take, and any follow up thoughts.

This tier is designed for solo entrepreneurs and side hustlers who are just getting started and haven’t yet earned revenue.

 ✅ Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll meet once a week for a one-hour session (valued at $125 per hour, $1,500 total). You’ll also have access to free daily 15-minute check-ins to help you stay on track.   

✅ You pay a deposit of $125 after first visit. You won’t pay any more payments during the 12 weeks.

✅ If you cancel during weeks 1–4, there’s no charge. If you cancel during weeks 5–11, you’ll simply owe for the sessions completed up to that point, payable within 30 days.

✅ We’ll agree on a customized definition of success, including baseline metrics that are measurable and achievable. If you reach success by the end of the program, you’ll repay the $1,375 balance over the next 9 months. If success isn’t reached, you won’t owe anything. That’s me believing in you.

✅ If you continue working with me after the 12 weeks, that continuation itself is considered success and the repayment plan begins.

*Any additional hours or technical services like web design, branding, or photography are billed separately at $125 per hour and due as we go.

This tier is for business owners who have started generating revenue but haven’t yet reached consistent stability.

 ✅ This 12-week program includes one hour-long session each week at $125 per hour ($1,500 total), plus access to free daily 15-minute check-ins.

 ✅ There is a $100 onboarding fee and a $125 deposit, and you’ll pay half of each session’s fee as we go. The remaining balance will be spread across three months following the program. We’ll create custom success metrics tailored to your business so you know what we’re aiming for together. If we don’t meet them together, you’ll simply owe the half you’ve already paid.

 ✅ If either of us decides to cancel before the 12 weeks are complete, you’ll simply owe for the sessions completed, and repayment of any remaining balance begins. If we continue working together past the 12 weeks, future sessions are billed fully as they are incurred, while the balance from the first 12 weeks can still be spread over the three-month repayment plan. As with Tier One, additional hours or technical services are billed separately at $125 per hour, payable at the time of service.

This tier is for established business owners who want ongoing support without the need for a structured program. You’ll pay a one-time $250 onboarding fee and then simply book sessions as needed at $125 per hour.

There is no contract or long-term commitment required. Sessions are billed monthly, and additional services such as web design, branding, or photography are available at $125 per hour and billed as completed.
